This is a list of some of the primary care medical centers participating with Jai Medical Systems Managed Care Organization.

Services offered by these primary care medical centers include onsite laboratory services, onsite x-ray services, pharmacy services, physicals, well-child checks, same day sick visits, flu shots, immunization services and extended office hours.

Please feel free to call any of these medical centers to schedule or obtain a same-day primary care appointment. You may also visit their website, www.jaimedicalcenter.com, to make an appointment. Please note, appointments are not necessary.  Walk-ins are welcome.
