In 2024, all Jai Medical Systems members are automatically eligible and enrolled in our Healthy Rewards Program. Our Healthy Reward for 2024 is a $25 Target* GiftCard. In order to earn your reward, you must:
- Visit your Primary Care Provider (PCP) as soon as possible for your annual visit in 2024. Please do not wait to see your PCP. Healthy Reward quantities are limited, so schedule your PCP visit today before gift cards run out!**
